REM State level Breakdown

I first started creating the game by choosing a theme. I wanted to choose a theme that would allow the player to feel calm as well as feel the suspense. I chose a nightmare/ dream feel to fit this goal. I then created the mood boards and did a game concept form explaining that the game would be a dream simulation. I worked on the level design of all five levels, then converted them into Unity. I started with the block setup with no assets. Afterwards, I integrated the assets to create the Dream/Nightmare theme. I created the texture for the cubes to look like stone platforms as well as the backgrounds for the levels as well. I created the music for three of the levels and two of them I used free sounds off of freesounds.org. I then finished my project by having it play tested and writing my postmortem as well as make changes from the playtests.
